A newly incorporated group of companies funded by Loxwood Holdings have acquired the business and assets of Atlas Worcester Warriors with support from the local business community, several of whom have become shareholders in the new group.
This exciting new phase will continue the growth of Sixways Stadium as a conference and Events venue, and enable the return of Worcester Warriors and professional sport.
